2. Create and Transfer 

Start the portrait yourself by choosing a plan and creating the account. In the Portrait's Settings, you can add the recipient as a "Co-Creator." Once they verify their email, you’ll have the option to transfer ownership to them. This method is great if you want to help shape the portrait before handing it off.

No! Unlike other websites, our platform does the heavy lifting for you. Photos are automatically arranged by timeline, people, and places using smart technology.

Yes—100%! When you purchase a package, it’s a one-time cost with no subscriptions or hidden fees. Need more room later? You can always buy an additional package to increase your photo or video limits. For example, if you chose the 1,000 photo option but need 50 more, simply add a smaller plan to expand your limits.

You can choose a soundtrack, preview your video, and finalize it when it feels just right.

Publishing a "Life in Review" video counts toward your total number of movie creations included with your package.

Great question! While photos capture moments, some memories are better told in other ways—like a voice memo, a handwritten letter, a family recipe, or a cherished video. "Keepsakes" are special uploads beyond photos that help tell a deeper, more personal story. You can add text, audio, video, images, or even PDFs to preserve these meaningful pieces of life.

"Keepsake" uploads don't count toward your photo limits, only toward your total storage. You can also set them to unlock at a future date, making them perfect for milestone messages, memory gifts, or legacy surprises.

No! Photos only count toward your photo count limit included with your package. Keepsake storage is separate and only applies to items uploaded under the Portrait’s Keepsake section — such as videos, audio, PDFs, letters, and other special files.

Yes! You’re in full control. You can delete your life portrait at any time, and when you do, all uploaded content will be permanently and securely removed to protect your privacy.
