We do not sell your data. Your content remains private unless you choose to share it. We never use your Keepsakes or tribute materials in marketing without your explicit permission.

We do not share your personal content (photos, keepsakes, etc.) unless you choose to do so. Any third-party provider must agree to maintain strict confidentiality and only use data for the purposes outlined in this policy. 

Your Choices and Controls

You Control your portrait. You can:

• Access and Edit: You can view, edit, or delete your content anytime from your dashboard.

• Privacy Settings: You can control who sees your Life Portrait and set a password for extra security.

• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your portrait and all associated data at any time.

• Invite Collaborators: You can invite or remove co-creators/collaborators at any time. 

• Downloads: You can download your content at any time for safekeeping.

Data Security

We implement strong protections to safeguard your content:

• Encrypted data storage

• HTTPS secure connections

• Secure user authentication and access controls

• Periodic system monitoring and audits

Your uploaded data are stored on trusted cloud infrastructure compliant with major standards like ISO 27001 or SOC2. While no system is 100% secure, we follow best practices to safeguard your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. Upon portrait account deletion all related data is deleted.

Children's Privacy

​A Life Portrait is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental consent.

International Users

​If you access our Service from outside the United States, you agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
